Leads end-to-end social-first, creator-led productions across international markets, including creator outreach and contracting, briefing, production planning, logistics, shoot execution, deliverable tracking, and final delivery. Serves as the primary client contact, manages crews and production partners, coordinates concurrent projects across time zones, escalates risks, and solves real-time production issues.

Leads social-first creative direction from concept through final delivery. Develops high-performing social concepts, hooks, playbooks, and platform strategies; directs creators on treatment, tone, storytelling, and craft; oversees shoot planning, briefing packs, production quality, and final sign-off. The role is highly client-facing and manages social retainers and creator-led productions across travel and destination marketing projects.

Edit creator-generated video content into polished, client-ready social assets. Ensure brand consistency, quality, pacing, platform compliance, and alignment with creative briefs. Manage QA reviews, client feedback, revision cycles, multiple concurrent edits, and deadlines while collaborating with creative and production teams. The role is client-facing and may require working across US hours.

Leads social-first creative for Beautiful Destinations’ owned channels and client campaigns. Sets formats, hooks, visual language, and editing standards; directs creators and editors; develops and evaluates vertical content experiments; uses platform performance signals to guide creative decisions; builds creator networks; delivers AI-assisted formats; and presents creative concepts to clients. The role is fully remote with UK and Dubai team overlap and potential international travel for shoots.

Coordinates production logistics for travel content shoots, including travel and accommodation bookings, call sheets, permits, releases, insurance, gear shipping, visas, and creator itineraries. Verifies AI-generated documents, tracks operational status, supports capacity planning and contract development, assists the Chief Brand Officer, and helps manage the creator network. The role includes shadowing shoots and developing toward a Producer position.
