Teams at Beamery

Own Beamery’s Data Foundry vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial model. Define platform capabilities, data contracts, APIs, MCP access, governance, security, and privacy standards. Partner with product, data science, data engineering, integrations, sales, and customer success teams to prioritize delivery, validate customer needs, establish go-to-market plans, and measure business and customer value. Lead development of trusted, explainable AI and data products for enterprise workforce and talent use cases.

Build and maintain product reporting and dashboards, partner with product managers to analyze usage, adoption and retention, maintain product analytics stack (Pendo, Hex), enable PM self-serve, design and instrument LLM/AI agent workflows and automation, evaluate emerging AI tooling and document reproducible agent architectures.

Lead the data platform's technical strategy and architecture, design analytics/semantic/AI data layers, set modelling and reliability standards, drive observability and data quality, mentor senior engineers, and coordinate cross-team modernization and incident response.
