Lead design, build, and maintenance of secure, scalable Azure-based enterprise solutions and integrations. Drive architecture, CI/CD, IaC, and best practices; troubleshoot production issues; mentor junior developers; document designs and govern API/integration standards.

Draft and process client correspondence and formal insolvency documents, enter information accurately into internal systems, and support the Personal Debt Solutions team. The role also involves liaising with staff, external parties, and English-speaking clients, maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines, assisting management, and conducting community outreach and social media promotion.

Conduct initial consultations to assess debtors, recommend personal debt solutions, assist debtors and creditors in person and by phone, prepare files for client signing, engage in community outreach and business development, and promote services via presentations and social media. Maintain client-focused, timely, and accurate service delivery.
