Leads BDO’s enterprise technology strategy, architecture, infrastructure, operations, digital workplace, cybersecurity enablement, governance, resilience, vendor portfolio, and technology investments. The CIO advises executive leadership, drives modernization involving cloud, AI, automation, data, and integration, and ensures secure, reliable, cost-effective technology services. The role also builds and develops a high-performing technology organization, manages workforce planning and succession, and aligns technology outcomes with business growth and employee experience.

Supports the Personal Debt Solutions Proposals team by reviewing consumer proposals, assessing creditor acceptance, assisting with debtor and creditor negotiations, chairing creditor meetings, drafting meeting minutes, responding to debtor inquiries, and coordinating timely proposal administration. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, client service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Lead design, build, and maintenance of secure, scalable Azure-based enterprise solutions and integrations. Drive architecture, CI/CD, IaC, and best practices; troubleshoot production issues; mentor junior developers; document designs and govern API/integration standards.
