Supports product data management, system setup, reporting, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment. The role maintains product exclusions, coordinates issues in Asana, supports promotions, develops SQL and Databricks datasets, contributes to Power BI reporting, and manages SSRS reports. It also documents processes, communicates operational changes, liaises with stakeholders, and identifies process improvements while developing expertise in internal systems.

Designs distinctive, commercial prints for the Love & Roses brand, interpreting seasonal trends, colors, and customer preferences. Creates mood boards, original repeat and engineered artwork, and print packs for production. Presents concepts to design and senior management, collaborates with buying and design teams, applies print technique and pricing knowledge, and manages multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Leads technical strategy for Lipsy’s fashion supply chain, focusing on supplier performance, risk management, product quality, fit optimisation, return-rate reduction, sustainable fabric sourcing, and technical standards. Partners with Buying, Design, Sustainability, and Fabric Technology teams; manages supplier reviews, fit days, returns analysis, fabric libraries, and mill relationships. Also manages, coaches, and develops technical team members while driving cross-functional improvements and brand integrity.
