Provide friendly, professional customer service while advising customers on fragrance and skincare products, driving sales, representing the brand, maintaining beautifully presented stock and store areas, following company and health and safety policies, and completing training and development activities.

Leads technical strategy for Lipsy’s fashion supply chain, focusing on supplier performance, risk management, product quality, fit optimisation, return-rate reduction, sustainable fabric sourcing, and technical standards. Partners with Buying, Design, Sustainability, and Fabric Technology teams; manages supplier reviews, fit days, returns analysis, fabric libraries, and mill relationships. Also manages, coaches, and develops technical team members while driving cross-functional improvements and brand integrity.

Provides customer service and product guidance, including bra fitting advice and helping customers complete purchases. Maintains visual merchandising, store standards, stock replenishment, deliveries, loss prevention support, and health and safety procedures. Works flexibly in a fast-paced team environment while developing product knowledge and customer service skills.
