Own technical development for Lipsy Knitwear, manage fit sessions, fabric testing and risk assessments, ensure product compliance and quality, support Buying and Design, manage supplier standards and product approvals, benchmark competitors, and resolve quality issues cost-effectively while meeting legal and safety standards.

Manage and coordinate bespoke set builds from design through delivery: schedule workloads, oversee procurement and budgets, translate creative briefs into project plans, maintain workshop safety, and liaise with creative teams and builders to ensure timely, high-quality studio builds.

Lead and develop the Technical team to define and deliver quality assurance strategy and KPIs. Manage compliance, product safety and legal standards, supplier onboarding and communications, and drive process improvements using returns data and reporting. Represent technical perspective on strategic projects, coach staff, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to protect brand integrity and improve product quality.
