Provide friendly, professional in-store customer service as a Bath & Body Works Fragrance Associate: advise and sell fragrance and skincare products, maintain product presentation and stock, follow brand training, support health & safety guidelines, and participate in store recruitment/assessment processes.

Deliver warm, friendly customer service while advising and selling fragrance and skincare products; maintain store presentation and stock; follow Bath & Body Works training, health and safety policies, and company procedures; work assigned shifts and support a fast‑paced retail environment.

Provide exceptional customer service, assist with bra fittings, operate the till, maintain visual merchandising and store standards, manage deliveries and stock replenishment, support loss prevention, and follow health & safety procedures.
