Provides friendly customer service, product guidance, sales-floor support, stockroom operations, and delivery processing in a fast-paced retail store. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, effective communication, and completion of online working-with-numbers and retail-scenarios assessments.

Design, deliver and evaluate end-to-end learning solutions across the business. Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, facilitate workshops, coach individuals, embed a high-engagement learning culture, use LMS tools, explore AI and emerging learning technologies, and support wider HR and belonging initiatives.

Provides friendly, professional customer service while advising customers on fragrance and skincare products, promoting sales, maintaining attractive stock presentation, representing the brand, following company policies, and completing required training and development.
