Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling and dashboards. Partner with departments on KPIs, support fundraising diligence, improve financial processes, and manage a small team while providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

The Analytics Engineer will transform raw data into insights, manage the data stack, automate processes, and engage with stakeholders to optimize data usage.

Own month-end close and financial reporting for allocated entities, prepare income statements, variance analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, bank postings, and VAT returns. Support intercompany billing, audits, and partner with operational teams and external advisors. Deliver ad hoc analysis, identify process improvements, and contribute to finance projects and change initiatives.
