Owns US and global digital-asset regulatory strategy, AML/KYC, contract negotiation, litigation response, IP and cross-border structuring, and legal operations including outside counsel management.

As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer, you will own production trading systems, design reward functions, validate frameworks, and lead RL efforts to drive trading volume safely with real capital.
