Leads end-to-end emerging talent recruitment for solicitor apprenticeships, vacation schemes, and training contracts. Coordinates candidate screening, assessments, interviews, offers, onboarding, stakeholder communications, recruitment data, EDI reporting, and vacation scheme logistics. Manages university and external partner relationships, represents the firm at recruitment events, supports employer branding, and maintains effective recruitment processes during a nine-month maternity cover period.
