Supports the Charity & Social Enterprise team’s business development and marketing strategy within a law firm. Responsibilities include producing RFP responses and pitch materials, delivering campaigns and events, supporting business plans, managing commercial partnerships, using data to improve performance, and creating website and social media content. The role advises senior stakeholders, builds client and market relationships, and contributes to revenue growth and innovative services.

Provide commercial legal advice to a diverse range of clients, focusing on IT and commercial contracts, technology, AI, SaaS, cloud services, IP licensing, outsourcing, and related commercial matters. The role involves managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, supporting business development, collaborating across departments, and delivering client-centric, socially purposeful legal services.

Manage risk and compliance operations for a law firm, including client onboarding, conflicts analysis, AML, sanctions and adverse media screening, ongoing monitoring, high-risk registers, regulatory compliance, policy development and training. The role supervises onboarding activities, resolves escalated issues, supports SRA regulatory returns, maintains compliance records, and advises colleagues on legal and regulatory matters.
