Manage end-to-end Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes to provision, modify, and remove access following least-privilege and RBAC principles. Maintain auditable access records, ensure approvals, liaise with data owners and stakeholders, support audits, document SOPs, and identify process automation and improvement opportunities while collaborating with HR, IT Security, Service Desk, and third parties.

Manage SIPP propositions ensuring Consumer Duty compliance, product design, fair value assessments, investment solution development and governance, competitor and regulatory monitoring, issue remediation, and stakeholder communication and training. Support Technical Committee and resolve complex proposition and technical queries to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Lead and deepen relationships with major pension administration clients, provide pensions consultancy and technical guidance, manage budgets and fee proposals, drive business development and client retention, present to clients and prospects, identify growth opportunities, manage compliance and information security risks, and coach junior team members.
