Provide functional leadership for Workday HRIS: configure and support Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Security; lead enhancements, releases, testing, and troubleshooting; mentor HRIS analysts; partner with HR, payroll, and technical teams on integrations; perform impact analysis, documentation, and recommend Workday optimizations and best practices.

The Microsoft 365 Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of Microsoft 365, focusing on improving user experience, aligning stakeholders, managing product strategy and roadmap, and ensuring compliance and governance.
