Nine-week investment management internship supporting underwriting, market research, financial analysis and modeling, risk assessment, valuation, portfolio monitoring, and investment memo preparation. Interns will work across public and private markets, assist with presentations and special projects, and use approved technology and AI-enabled tools responsibly. Strong performers may be considered for a post-graduation Analyst Programme.

Provides legal advice on establishing, structuring, launching, and operating European investment funds and investor separate accounts. Drafts and negotiates fund documentation, manages external counsel, supports investor discussions, advises on regulatory and risk matters, and assists with distribution and marketing queries. Collaborates with Legal, Product Management, Investment Teams, and other business functions while improving team processes and handling complex legal issues.

Leads complex compensation programs, market pricing, benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, pay equity, job evaluation, and pay structure development. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations. Develops models, reports, and dashboards; maintains compensation data in Workday; improves governance, processes, tools, and controls; and monitors compliance with policies, regulations, and market standards.
