Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions for investment, client, and operational workflows. Responsibilities include integrating LLMs, developing automations and agentic workflows, connecting enterprise data sources, prototyping and deploying solutions, partnering with stakeholders and architects, contributing to AI platform standards, training users, and ensuring responsible AI governance and compliance.

Provides legal advice on establishing, structuring, launching, and operating European investment funds and investor separate accounts. Drafts and negotiates fund documentation, manages external counsel, supports investor discussions, advises on regulatory and risk matters, and assists with distribution and marketing queries. Collaborates with Legal, Product Management, Investment Teams, and other business functions while improving team processes and handling complex legal issues.
