Own WIZE’s UK and global growth engine, including go-to-market strategy, lead-to-revenue funnel performance, forecasting, and pipeline and revenue targets. Implement HubSpot and manage the broader MarTech stack, including automation, analytics, attribution, lead scoring, and AI-driven GTM tools. Identify market segments, build reporting frameworks, ensure GDPR compliance, and provide data-backed growth recommendations to executive leadership.

The Senior Financial Analyst prepares GAAP financial statements, board reports, budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and financial analyses for portfolio companies. Responsibilities include quality assurance of accounting work, revenue recognition review, budget-to-actual analysis, acquisition integration, process improvement, SOP documentation, and financial guidance. The role partners with finance, operations, and M&A teams to improve performance and support decision-making across Banyan Software’s operating companies.
