Teams at BMO

Manage daily/monthly P&L production and product control for European equity desks. Produce and review P&L and profit attribution, reconcile front-office to back-office, manage balance sheet items, coordinate month-end close, analyze business drivers, and drive process improvements including use of BMO-approved AI tools.

Manage end-to-end physical metals settlement operations including settlement, clearing, reconciliation, inventory validation, metal transfers with depositories, and invoice lifecycle management. Serve as control point between Front Office, internal teams and custodians, resolve breaks, ensure cut-offs and SLAs are met, and drive process improvement and automation while supporting strategic initiatives and risk management for the business group.
