Lead and supervise a small team delivering primary design, calculations, reports and drawings for HV substation projects up to 400kV. Act as CDAE for HV plant on National Grid projects, ensure quality control of technical documentation, and support bid activities with the Power Sector Director.

Lead HV cable system design for 11kV–400kV projects: produce and check calculations, drawings and reports; manage deliverables and a small team; coordinate with CAD and multi-disciplinary engineers; act as client-facing technical lead and support bids.
