Manages accounts receivable, credit control, and recovery of aged debt. Responsibilities include monitoring customer accounts, resolving billing disputes, reconciling balances, communicating with customers and internal teams, analyzing collection data, preparing reports, supporting month-end activities, and improving AR processes. The role is suited to a recent finance or accounting graduate or someone with accounts receivable experience.

Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle for the Consumables & Instruments business: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, recruitment coordination, absence and performance management, payroll liaison, Workday data management, HR reporting, compliance with UK employment law and GDPR, and support talent, engagement and L&D activities. Act as first point of contact for managers and employees and escalate complex matters to the HR Business Partner.

Manage sales of life sciences consumables and instrumentation across Oxford, Wales, and South West UK. Develop territory growth plans, achieve sales targets, build customer and distributor relationships, manage Salesforce pipelines, convert inbound leads, demonstrate technical products, attend events and exhibitions, gather market feedback, and provide samples and quotations. The role requires life sciences knowledge, field sales experience, technical communication skills, territory planning, commercial focus, a full UK driving licence, and regular regional travel.
