Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle for the Consumables & Instruments business: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, recruitment coordination, absence and performance management, payroll liaison, Workday data management, HR reporting, compliance with UK employment law and GDPR, and support talent, engagement and L&D activities. Act as first point of contact for managers and employees and escalate complex matters to the HR Business Partner.

The Logistics Analyst will analyze contracts, manage freight quotes, review invoices, support compliance, monitor costs, and ensure efficient shipping across logistics categories.
