Leads the company’s global payment strategy and operations, overseeing processors, acquirers, gateways, payment methods, routing, authorization optimization, payment economics, risk, compliance, reconciliation, and incident management. The role manages payment partner relationships, negotiates commercial terms, partners with Product and Engineering on payment capabilities, improves resilience and approval rates, and leads the payments team while reporting performance and risks to senior leadership.
