Build and launch a stealth AI product from concept through production. Own product features end-to-end, make architecture decisions, define MVPs and success metrics, and ship software using AI throughout the SDLC. Improve engineering delivery metrics, testing, CI/CD, observability, and release practices while partnering with Product and Design. Mentor engineers and help establish a high-ownership culture.

Leads complex UK and Ireland public-sector RFP, bid, and tender responses from early procurement engagement through submission and evaluation follow-up. Owns proposal planning, compliance, governance, writing, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and submission readiness. Leads cross-functional teams, coaches proposal practitioners, improves regional standards and workflows, and partners with Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Pricing, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

Lead Axon's non-US VAT and indirect tax function: advise Finance, Legal, and Commercial on contracts, new entities, compliance and audits; review and approve VAT returns and filings; manage system/process improvements and ERP tax configurations; supervise indirect tax team members.
