Handles global cyber insurance claims for Lloyd’s syndicate and company accounts. Coordinates with clients, brokers, underwriters, legal advisors, TPAs, and specialist vendors; evaluates cyber coverage, reserves, and incident-response responsibilities; manages policy and wording issues; provides claims intelligence; attends client meetings; and supports related projects.

Lead exposure management reporting for AXIS Managing Agency syndicates, including Lloyd’s regulatory returns, catastrophe risk MI, portfolio movement analysis, and accumulation reporting. Support reinsurance purchasing, catastrophe capital assessments, internal model inputs, event response, and model completeness reviews. Collaborate with actuarial, risk, underwriting, developers, software providers, Lloyd’s, and senior stakeholders. The role requires catastrophe modeling knowledge, Nat Cat expertise, Excel and SQL proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Leads operational support for production AI solutions, including monitoring, incident management, defect remediation, enhancements, deployments, governance, and performance evaluation. Coordinates internal teams and third-party AI engineers, maintains support processes and documentation, and monitors reliability, accuracy, drift, bias, fairness, cost, and business value. Partners with data, technology, governance, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions remain stable, compliant, effective, and aligned with evolving needs.
