As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll enhance the Affiliate Marketing platform by designing reliable services, mentoring engineers, and ensuring system efficiency using Agile methodologies.

Manage influencer relationships and affiliate campaigns for Marks & Spencer via Awin. Own campaign execution, budgets, creator recruitment, reporting and optimisation using analytics tools. Provide client-facing updates, industry trend analysis, and mentor junior team members while attending regular in-person meetings and events.

Temporary (12-month) Product Marketing Manager responsible for using product analytics and qualitative research to evaluate campaign and feature adoption. Build dashboards, map customer journeys, identify friction, translate insights into actions, and partner with Product, Marketing and Data teams to tie initiatives to long-term adoption and revenue.
