The Data Engineer role focuses on developing predictive models and enhancing data engineering practices to support business objectives. Responsibilities include writing clean code, model evaluation, and collaboration with a global team to improve reporting and campaign management.

Act as a strategic affiliate marketing consultant for high-value advertisers: analyse programme performance, deliver data-driven recommendations, run client workshops and business reviews, identify growth opportunities, advise on affiliate strategy and publisher development, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.

Own and improve Awin's global publisher payments experience. Define and prioritize product initiatives, run discovery, use data and customer insights to reduce pain points, ensure compliance across countries/currencies, and collaborate with engineering, finance, operations and compliance to deliver scalable payment solutions.
