Field-based Account Manager responsible for winning new business, managing assigned customer accounts, expanding customer engagement, and developing territory growth across the Southern Region. Duties include pipeline monitoring, customer analysis, business planning, forecasting, supplier engagement, promotional sales support, and collaboration with Field Application Engineers to identify design-win opportunities. The role requires technical sales and business development capability, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve commercial targets.

Manage global Extended Producer Responsibility compliance programs covering packaging, WEEE, batteries, plastic taxes, and emerging regulations. Develop policies, controls, reporting processes, and training; advise internal teams, customers, suppliers, and leadership; monitor legislation; oversee third-party compliance providers; coordinate data collection and regulatory submissions; and improve systems, data quality, and reporting efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
