Support portfolio managers with market insight, manage risk and counterparties, optimise electronic and program trading (index baskets), and drive TCA-based improvements in trading processes and technology while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Lead sourcing, underwriting, structuring and execution of natural capital and carbon removal private market investments. Manage deal teams, perform financial modelling and due diligence, negotiate transactions, secure governance approvals, mentor junior staff, and support portfolio value creation and risk management.
