Leads the Insurance Client Relationship Manager team, overseeing high-quality client servicing, escalations, onboarding, mandate changes, governance, and continuous process improvement. Leads Aviva Investors’ independent second-line oversight of credit and private markets investment risk globally. Owns the Investment and Credit Risk Framework, ensuring alignment with strategy, regulations, and risk appetite. Oversees risks across real estate, infrastructure, private debt, structured credit, venture capital, and liquid credit portfolios. Manages experienced risk professionals, provides independent challenge, influences investment decisions, and partners with senior investment, risk, and executive stakeholders to improve methodologies, reporting, and governance.

Manage and construct multi-asset private markets portfolios across debt and equity investments. Evaluate opportunities, conduct relative value and risk analysis, support investment strategy, transaction execution and capital deployment, and contribute to client engagement, product development, governance and investor reporting. The role requires strong financial modelling, quantitative analysis, communication, stakeholder management and financial markets expertise.

Manage third-party supplier relationships and contractual governance for outsourced Private Markets services. Monitor service levels, KPIs, invoices, rate cards, service credits, risks, controls, and issue resolution. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, maintain governance reporting and meetings, and drive continuous improvements in service quality, processes, costs, and fees.

Oversee derivatives regulatory reporting across UK, EU, and Singapore jurisdictions, including delegated reporting arrangements, daily reporting activity, output monitoring, issue resolution, and control improvements. Act as the subject matter expert for derivatives reporting, collaborate with counterparties, brokers, platforms, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and represent the firm externally on regulatory reporting matters.

Lead delivery of technology, data platforms, and analytics across the investment lifecycle. Drive strategy execution, enterprise prioritisation, governance, and value realisation to enhance investment decision-making, client engagement, and commercial growth within a regulated asset management environment.

The Head of Product Development will lead a team responsible for new product development in public markets, focusing on client needs, operational delivery, and risk management.
