Leads the Client Relationship Manager team supporting internal and external insurance clients across asset classes. Oversees client servicing, escalations, onboarding, mandate changes, governance, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement. Ensures consistent service delivery, resolves issues, supports Client Relationship Directors, and identifies commercial opportunities that strengthen client retention and growth. The role also requires people leadership, investment product knowledge, regulatory competence, and compliance with FCA/PRA SMCR requirements.

Leads Aviva Investors’ second-line oversight of global credit and private markets investment risk. Owns the Investment and Credit Risk Framework, ensuring alignment with strategy, regulation, and risk appetite. Oversees risk across real estate, infrastructure, private debt, structured credit, venture capital, and liquid credit portfolios. Manages experienced risk professionals, provides independent challenge, advises senior investment and executive stakeholders, and drives improvements to risk methodologies, reporting, governance, and strategy.

Manage and construct multi-asset private markets portfolios across debt and equity investments. Evaluate investment opportunities, perform relative value analysis, support portfolio strategy, risk management, transaction execution, and capital deployment. Partner with origination, portfolio management, and client teams on product development, governance, investor reporting, and client engagement. Apply quantitative analysis and financial modelling to deliver risk-adjusted returns and client outcomes.
