Manage continuous process improvement governance and Finance Operations projects from assessment and prioritization through solution delivery. Responsibilities include defining scope, plans, resources, budgets, risks, and governance; coordinating stakeholders and solution teams; supporting change management; maintaining process documentation and audit trails; and collecting, analyzing, and publishing KPI data using Microsoft tools.

Lead AVEVA’s Oracle finance systems strategy, roadmap, transformation, and integrations. Oversee Oracle Financials, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management, and EPM solutions while driving migrations, implementations, automation, governance, compliance, and change adoption. Partner with Finance, IT, Security, Architecture, and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, compliant systems aligned with business objectives. Manage Oracle relationships, vendor activities, audit support, and delivery against timelines, budgets, quality standards, and value-realization goals.

Conduct end-to-end software license compliance audits across EMEA, interpreting license agreements, analyzing data, documenting findings, managing cases, and supporting resolution. The role partners with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, and channel teams; communicates with customers; oversees external auditors; tracks cases in Salesforce; and supports forecasting, reporting, and process improvements.
