Oversee daily site operations for the Teamsports site, driving productivity, safety, compliance, and cost-effective resource planning. Lead and develop local teams, collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, manage budgets and facilities, handle escalations, and execute regional strategic initiatives to meet performance targets.

Provide administrative support to the Commercial GM, Sales Department and senior leadership across EMEA. Coordinate meetings, travel, conferences, and training; collate monthly reports and management reports; liaise with finance on expenses and invoices; manage action follow-ups and logistics. Hybrid role based at Wooburn Green for a one-year temporary contract.
