Provide onsite laboratory operations and logistics support at a pharmaceutical site, including waste management, consumables washing and redistribution, PPE and coat management, reagent preparation, equipment upkeep, chemical inventory control, specialist service coordination, customer support, and record-keeping to maintain safe, compliant lab workflows.

The role involves managing customer accounts in biomaterials, driving sales growth, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Lead global workforce planning and people analytics, building supply/demand models, scenario planning, dashboards, and predictive models. Partner with HR, Finance and segment leaders to align headcount, support restructuring and cost optimisation, ensure data governance and compliance, and present executive-ready workforce insights.
