Provide onsite laboratory operations and logistics support at a pharmaceutical site, including waste management, consumables washing and redistribution, PPE and coat management, reagent preparation, equipment upkeep, chemical inventory control, specialist service coordination, customer support, and record-keeping to maintain safe, compliant lab workflows.

Leads quality audits, process standardization, KPI governance, and continuous improvement across European Laboratory and Production Services sites. Manages audit lifecycles, validates compliance and performance data, identifies process inefficiencies, and drives corrective actions and sustainable improvements. Partners with operational, analytics, and customer-facing teams to benchmark services, deliver data-driven recommendations, support implementations and proposals, and enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The role is remote in Europe with up to 25% travel.

Lead global workforce planning and people analytics, building supply/demand models, scenario planning, dashboards, and predictive models. Partner with HR, Finance and segment leaders to align headcount, support restructuring and cost optimisation, ensure data governance and compliance, and present executive-ready workforce insights.
