Prospect and onboard artists, advise on sales strategy and edition structuring, project-manage print releases across teams, secure image licensing and approvals, and drive repeat partnerships to maximise commercial performance.

Manage a roster of artists as primary contact, owning end-to-end project delivery, pricing and contracts, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving pitches and commercial strategy, and producing post-launch reporting and artist roadmaps to grow artist reputation and revenue.

Lead paid social creative strategy and testing, optimise artist-owned channels (especially Instagram), manage contemporary collection launches end-to-end, brief creative teams, and produce simple assets using design tools and AI while using performance data to iterate.
