Supports Make-Ready Editions shoots and recommends effective creative formats and production approaches based on performance insights. Improves production efficiency while delivering accurate, on-brand assets in a fast-paced environment.

Develops visual and verbal content for artist collaborations and brand campaigns across websites, email, Instagram, and paid social. Responsibilities include copywriting, scripting, campaign concepting, art direction, shoot and interview briefing, video-edit feedback, performance monitoring, and managing a busy content pipeline.

Manage multiple art-production projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include timeline, risk, producer, stakeholder, and budget management; coordinating cross-functional teams; communicating forecasts and issues; negotiating with producers; tracking costs; and identifying process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
