Leads paid acquisition and campaign performance for Avant Arte and Make-Ready Editions. Owns channel strategy, forecasting, measurement, testing, optimization, cross-channel release planning, post-campaign analysis, and budget decisions. Manages two Marketing Managers, guides creative briefs, and improves performance discipline across frequent art edition launches.

Operate silkscreen printing equipment and produce high-quality proofs and editions. Prepare inks, screens, substrates, and equipment; monitor registration, colour, curing, and print quality; maintain accurate production records and handovers; support stencil making, pre-press, quality checks, equipment maintenance, and studio operations. The role requires flexible shift work, physical studio activity, collaboration, and increasing independence in meeting production quality, schedule, and output targets.

Freelance pitch and presentation writer responsible for transforming briefs into persuasive, bespoke slide decks. The role combines copywriting, storytelling, slide design, proofreading, template and content library management, quality control, and stakeholder collaboration. The writer will manage multiple concurrent proposals, prioritize competing deadlines, align messaging with artists and creative teams, and deliver polished proposals consistent with Avant Arte’s tone and standards. The role is hybrid in London for up to 15 hours weekly.

Prepare and adjust artwork for silkscreen and digital fine-art print editions. Create color separations, film positives, digital samples, and proof files while checking dimensions, resolution, color, registration, and quality. Maintain organized artwork files, job sheets, and revision records; communicate project updates and lead assigned kickoffs. Support print production, equipment checks, studio organization, and process improvements while developing specialist printmaking skills.

Manage a roster of artists as primary contact, owning end-to-end project delivery, pricing and contracts, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving pitches and commercial strategy, and producing post-launch reporting and artist roadmaps to grow artist reputation and revenue.
