Owns end-to-end recruitment across the Avalon Group, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, managing interviews and offers, and maintaining accurate ATS records. The role also supports employer branding, inclusive recruitment, salary benchmarking, recruitment metrics, and broader HR projects. This is a hands-on, office-based position requiring strong organization, communication, compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies across functions and seniority levels.

Leads legal and business affairs for Avalon's UK factual and non-scripted television slate. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting development, financing, production, talent, distribution, and co-production agreements; advising on copyright, clearance, defamation, privacy, duty of care, and OFCOM compliance; supervising legal team members; maintaining production templates and protocols; and supporting talent management, live events, corporate, data protection, trademark, and intellectual property matters.

Support client payments and accounts payable processes: prepare invoices and VAT invoices, process BACS payments, input sales receipts, reconcile GBP/USD/EUR bank accounts, manage unallocated payments and debtor chasing, assist fortnightly payment runs and stakeholder communications, and identify process improvements.
