Leads Avalere Health’s global compliance, data privacy, and AI compliance programs. Advises senior stakeholders on regulatory and reputational risk, manages privacy processes, oversees anti-bribery controls and third-party due diligence, coordinates investigations and incident responses, maintains policies and training, and reports material risks to leadership. The role also supervises team members and partners with Legal, Information Security, Technology, People, and business teams to implement practical governance controls.

Manage corporate marketing operations, processes, workflows, resourcing, campaign reporting, MarTech systems, CRM integration, digital platforms, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, podcast and event operations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize marketing performance, translate analytics into recommendations, support lead management, and improve team productivity through technology and AI-enabled tools.

The Growth Manager supports lead generation, prospect research, and new-business development while coordinating pitches, credentials, RFIs, and RFPs end to end. Responsibilities include managing timelines, resources, submissions, stakeholder input, rehearsals, proposal materials, awards processes, and go-to-market content. The role requires strong project management, organization, collaboration, commercial awareness, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Agency experience is required, with healthcare, pharma, biotech, or medtech experience preferred.
