Manage and improve Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 services. Establish governance, operating models, security controls, and compliance practices. Lead platform operations, migrations, workflow modernization, access management, monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define engineering standards, review solutions, coach users, and produce maintainable technical documentation and support procedures.

Provides technical leadership for Oracle Cloud ERP and SAP Concur through configuration, integration development, production support, bulk data loading, testing, deployments, incident management, and root-cause analysis. The role supports IAM, BPM, UCM, Concur workflows, policies, audit rules, external system integrations, vendor updates, documentation, and IT risk and compliance requirements.
