Provides administrative and substantive support to the legal team’s contract processes, including contract intake, CLM data entry, review coordination, document execution, renewal alerts, signatures, user training, policy support, and legal records management. The role also involves stakeholder communication, SharePoint and intranet maintenance, and process improvement while handling confidential information.

Designs end-to-end enterprise data solutions spanning integration, warehousing, master data management, governance, and analytics. Translates business requirements into scalable architecture, data models, integration patterns, data flows, and technical designs. Partners with engineering and application teams, establishes architecture standards, ensures security, privacy, quality, lineage, and regulatory compliance, and provides architectural leadership across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Leads organisational development programmes focused on leadership capability, team effectiveness, learning, culture, engagement, change, and inclusion. Partners with HR and senior stakeholders to diagnose needs, design and facilitate workshops and leadership programmes, use psychometric tools and data-driven insights, manage OD projects, and deliver practical interventions aligned with business priorities.
