Leads global scientific communications and publication strategy across pharmaceutical product development and commercialization. Develops publication plans, scientific narratives, abstracts, manuscripts, and congress materials; interprets clinical, real-world, and health economics data; ensures compliance with Good Publication Practice and applicable regulatory standards. Partners with medical, clinical, commercial, regulatory, external investigators, authors, vendors, and governance bodies while managing resources, stakeholder relationships, and team development.

Leads organisational development programmes focused on leadership capability, team effectiveness, learning, culture, engagement, change, and inclusion. Partners with HR and senior stakeholders to diagnose needs, design and facilitate workshops and leadership programmes, use psychometric tools and data-driven insights, manage OD projects, and deliver practical interventions aligned with business priorities.
