Lead and manage a team of Growth Software Engineers focused on improving user engagement and adoption of Autodesk's AI-powered design platform through experimentation and collaboration.

Sell and grow Autodesk Tandem and Operations Solutions in an assigned territory by qualifying leads, upselling/cross-selling, partnering with Customer Success, delivering product demos and executive presentations, using value-based selling and CRM forecasting, and supporting customer sites, briefings, and trade shows (travel up to 30%).

Lead applied research and prototype development combining agentic and generative AI, knowledge graphs, simulation, and design tools to create novel design-to-manufacture workflows. Build and test prototypes, collaborate across disciplines, evaluate experiments, and translate research into publications, demos, IP, and potential product capabilities within a fast-paced research team.
