Own and improve AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, databases, networking, security, observability, and cloud costs. Participate in on-call support, incident response, maintenance, and SLA improvement. Build CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, rollback processes, and developer tooling while documenting infrastructure and supporting SOC2 compliance.

Owns end-to-end customer implementation projects from post-sale handoff through go-live and adoption. Responsibilities include defining scope and timelines, coordinating Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering, consulting with clients on business processes and integrations, translating requirements into technical plans, managing stakeholders, standardizing onboarding processes, forecasting capacity, and driving continuous improvement.
