Owns end-to-end customer implementation projects from post-sale handoff through go-live and adoption. Responsibilities include defining scope and timelines, coordinating Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering, consulting with clients on business processes and integrations, translating requirements into technical plans, managing stakeholders, standardizing onboarding processes, forecasting capacity, and driving continuous improvement.
