Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS. Collaborate across engineering and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle, integrate APIs and cloud services, troubleshoot performance issues, and apply security best practices. Contribute to REST, event-driven, and microservice architectures while writing tests and documentation. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and help shape architectural and technology decisions.

Lead product operations across fraud detection, customer support workflows, coupon auto-apply, app-to-app operations, and provider cash management. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and other teams to build scalable operational solutions and improve rewards product performance. Champion AI and automation to generate insights and increase efficiency as the role expands.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial growth of the gift card product across France, Germany, and Spain. Manage provider negotiations, revenue and commission targets, inventory quality, fraud-scoring models, and end-to-end customer experiences. Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, data, CRM, finance, legal, and operations teams, while presenting recommendations to senior leadership and scaling gift cards across web, app, and browser extension platforms.
