Lead product operations across fraud detection, customer support workflows, coupon auto-apply, app-to-app operations, and provider cash management. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and other teams to build scalable operational solutions and improve rewards product performance. Champion AI and automation to generate insights and increase efficiency as the role expands.

Manage and grow strategic marketplace seller, vendor, and media agency accounts globally. Lead prospecting, sales negotiations, partner onboarding, international campaign execution, revenue expansion, and data-driven reporting. Build long-term partnerships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate campaign data into actionable insights. The role requires strong commercial experience, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and intercultural collaboration skills, with e-commerce, marketplace, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing experience preferred.
