Lead complex employee relations matters across EMEA, including Works Council relationships, consultations, investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Partner with HRBPs, legal teams, leaders, and employee representatives to ensure compliant outcomes. Develop ER practices, governance, training, and preventative programs while supporting global cases and mentoring team members.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and improvement of AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers. Builds integrations using Python or JavaScript, APIs, and microservices; develops generative AI and agent-based applications; analyzes data; manages production monitoring and compliance; mentors engineers; and aligns technical solutions with business objectives.

Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise SaaS opportunities across the DACH market. Own the full sales cycle, lead demos and proof-of-concept engagements, develop business cases, maintain accurate forecasts, navigate complex buying processes, and provide customer and market insights to improve product and go-to-market strategy. Help establish DX’s EMEA presence and build cross-functional processes for the strategic sales organization.
