Provides advanced HR operations support for UK and Nordic employees, managing complex and escalated cases across the employee lifecycle. Advises employees and managers on regional employment practices, compliance, and company policies. Partners with Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to resolve sensitive issues, maintain accurate documentation, support audits, and improve HR service delivery. Identifies case trends, contributes to knowledge documentation, and supports regional HR programs and data quality initiatives.

Coordinate and process multi-country European payroll, especially for Belgium and Nordic countries. Manage payroll inputs, adjustments, terminations, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and employee inquiries. Partner with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and the Regional Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Support vendor consolidation, payroll implementations, dashboard improvements, process harmonization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Leads multi-country HR service delivery across Europe, overseeing escalations, compliance, case quality, SLAs, audits, vendor performance, and process standardization. Mentors Employee Relationship Consultants, manages operational risk, coordinates with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and Shared Services, and drives automation and continuous improvement. Supports complex employee and client issues across 17 European countries while ensuring accurate, legally compliant, and documented HR lifecycle execution.
