The Principal will architect client-facing AI strategies, manage teams of consultants, design intelligent workflows, and advise executive stakeholders in high finance.

Design, implement, optimize, and support scalable multitenant IT platforms and provide second-line support. Automate repetitive processes, evaluate vendors and integrations, maintain technical documentation, manage vendor escalations, and support platform implementation and ongoing operations for internal teams and external clients.

Provide hands-on onsite IT support and systems administration for hedge fund clients: troubleshoot desktops, Microsoft 365 services, Windows Server/AD, endpoint protection, virtualization, networking, and escalate complex issues. Maintain documentation, follow change control, and participate in infrastructure and project work as skills develop.
