The role involves designing and maintaining network infrastructures, organizing maintenance and upgrades, ensuring compliance, and collaborating to resolve issues.

Provide onsite IT support and systems administration for financial clients: handle tickets, maintain documentation and change control, support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, and perform basic networking and endpoint security tasks.
