Manage day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable and receivable, weekly payment runs, purchase order/payment process ownership, bank and supplier reconciliations, and responsive support for internal teams and external suppliers to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records.

Own and prioritise the website and app roadmap, write user stories, lead CRO and A/B testing, partner with designers and developers, track digital KPIs, and manage and develop a Digital Optimisation Associate to improve conversion and the customer digital journey.

Provide safe, precise piercings in an aseptic studio, maintain hygiene and supplies, advise customers on styling, create a welcoming customer experience, lead on shop floor and mentor peers.
