Provide Level 3 AV engineering support including escalated incident management, advanced troubleshooting of audio/video routing, matrix switchers, HDBaseT, EDID/HDCP, Dante networks, AV control systems, USB integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with Networking, Security, and OEM vendors to restore service and manage RMAs.

Manage cross-functional IT projects from initiation through delivery: define scope, plan resources, track milestones, manage change, test, document, train, report KPIs, mitigate risks, and coordinate vendors and stakeholders.

Manage commercial and delivery aspects of multiple AV projects: budgets, schedules, resource allocation, vendor management, documentation, testing, training, and client communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and contract compliance.
