Partners with commercial, medical, market access, and global finance teams on launch readiness, pricing, reimbursement, and access business cases. Ensures financial governance, reporting accuracy, controls, and capability development while applying AI and advanced analytics to improve insights and decision-making.

Lead UK pharmaceutical supply chain planning, inventory optimization, distribution partnerships, product launches, portfolio transitions, and incident management. Ensure GDP/GMP compliance, maintain product availability, minimize waste and risk, manage wholesaler and global operations SLAs, and develop supply models including home delivery and hub-and-spoke. Build relationships across global operations, finance, regulatory, manufacturing, and external partners while coaching the supply chain team.
