Provides customer-focused optical support in an Asda store. Responsibilities include preparing patients for eye examinations, conducting pre-screening checks, explaining eye-test procedures, booking appointments, dispensing spectacles and contact lenses, teaching lens insertion and removal, handling repairs and adjustments, verifying glasses, and managing stock receipt.
