Lead end-to-end integration of customer vehicles with an autonomous software stack. Responsibilities include vehicle feasibility assessments, mechanical and electrical system integration, low-level vehicle control interfaces, network and power systems, verification and validation, field testing, OEM coordination, and developing reusable integration tools and documentation.

Integrate Mithra OS with customer operational systems, develop custom software extensions and data flows, lead technical deployments and field demonstrations, troubleshoot autonomous systems in challenging environments, and translate customer needs into product feedback. The role requires strong systems thinking across software, hardware, networks, and field operations, along with hands-on C++ and ROS2 experience.

The Technical Programme Manager will design and implement programme processes, manage schedules and dependencies, and ensure accountability across engineering teams. Responsibilities include establishing a Jira-based operating model, managing feedback loops, and translating operational needs into structured requirements.
