Drive business development and defence procurement activities for autonomous ground systems across UK, NATO, and global markets. Build relationships with military stakeholders, procurement authorities, industry partners, and customers; identify strategic opportunities; support demonstrations, field trials, bids, partnerships, and go-to-market planning. Monitor market and competitor activity, represent the company at defence events and exercises, improve BD processes, mentor junior staff, and help define autonomous systems’ operational concepts.

The Technical Programme Manager will design and implement programme processes, manage schedules and dependencies, and ensure accountability across engineering teams. Responsibilities include establishing a Jira-based operating model, managing feedback loops, and translating operational needs into structured requirements.
