Manage the client experience from onboarding through the full lifecycle, including renewals, relationship development, strategic reviews, engagement monitoring, retention planning, and account documentation. Partner with business, investment, distribution, marketing, and operations teams on client needs, sales enablement, outreach, and business development. Use CRM systems, analytics, and digital platforms to identify risks, opportunities, and ways to improve client value and retention.

Conduct fundamental research across equity and debt capital structures in emerging, frontier, and developed markets. Build and maintain financial models, screen investment opportunities, monitor portfolio assets, manage private investments and restructurings, engage company management and industry experts, and travel to conferences and company visits to support portfolio managers and traders.
