Provide top-down portfolio oversight, sign off on new deals, manage investor reporting and liquidity, coordinate with Asset Management, Risk, Fund Finance and servicing teams, present to Investment Committee and Board, design operational improvements, and apply AI/emerging tools to improve reporting and analysis.

Support origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of European real estate lending transactions. Prepare financial models and investment memoranda, perform due diligence, negotiate documentation, coordinate internal and external advisors, monitor portfolio performance, conduct site visits, identify credit and legal risks, and contribute to underwriting templates and processes.
