Lead Arrow's Microsoft Security strategy and partner activation across the UK&I channel. Build Microsoft and partner relationships, run enablement, campaigns and events, manage marketing budget, track KPIs, and drive customer and workload acquisition through reseller partners.

Act as a technical pre-sales architect for cloud solutions, primarily Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace. Engage partners to evaluate needs, design solutions, run workshops/webinars, drive sales execution, provide training and enablement, and support revenue growth while mentoring junior colleagues and improving processes.

Serve as the primary technical contact for partners and clients to drive adoption of Citrix solutions, deliver demos/POCs, manage accounts, mitigate technical risks, support implementations, and contribute to new-logo sales and retention targets while collaborating with internal teams.
