The role involves collaboration with Commercial and Operations teams, detailed problem-solving, and occasional route investigations across London. Training is provided, with some evening and weekend work required.

Leads complex, high-risk employee relations matters across a unionised London bus operation. Advises senior leaders, develops ER policies and governance, analyses case trends, supports organisational change, manages legal and operational risk, partners with trade unions, and coaches HR colleagues and managers. Ensures compliant, consistent and commercially balanced employee relations practices while improving engagement, manager capability and organisational effectiveness.

Monitor and regulate London bus services in a 24/7 control environment. Communicate with drivers, use GPS and control systems, respond to disruptions, make real-time operational decisions, and ensure compliance with TfL performance and safety standards.
