Own and improve finance data models, revenue and cost reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, dashboards, and data controls. Build dbt models and Python services, map financial data sources, support new products and markets, investigate anomalies, and explain business performance to Finance and Engineering stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, Python, finance fundamentals, and experience with data transformation and version control.

Own strategic and operational initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurement. Identify growth and efficiency opportunities, analyze data and market insights, improve processes using AI and automation, track performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role also manages relevant partnerships with banks, processors, and other strategic providers while supporting business priorities in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Designs and builds secure, highly available platform infrastructure for a fintech company. Responsibilities include developing infrastructure-as-code libraries and CLI tools, managing Kubernetes and multi-region deployments, optimizing CI/CD systems, implementing GitOps workflows, and improving monitoring with Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana. The role also requires solving complex infrastructure issues, embedding security best practices, and enabling engineering teams to deploy services rapidly and reliably.
