Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems focusing on greenfield development and improvements. Build REST APIs and microservices for payment, treasury, transaction booking, and crypto systems using Java and Postgres. Follow Spring Boot, TDD, DDD, and CI/CD practices to deliver maintainable, high-performance services.

Own and build the KYC customer verification product: define vision and roadmap, lead engineers and cross-functional teams, translate regulatory and risk needs into product specs, track KPIs, optimize verification journeys, and continuously improve onboarding and due diligence.

Work directly with founders to lead cross-functional, revenue-driving initiatives: launch monetization streams, design activation and cross-sell programs, execute local growth (community, affiliates, influencers), negotiate commercial terms, and track P&L impact of projects to improve revenue, margins, and operating costs.
