Drive business development and strategic engagement across UK defence and national security. Build relationships with government, defence, industry, and technology stakeholders; originate and close complex contracts; develop partnerships; manage opportunities from qualification through deployment; lead proposals, pricing, and negotiations; conduct customer discovery; and translate market intelligence into product roadmap and go-to-market recommendations.

Lead and build Arondite’s People function as the company scales. Responsibilities include organisational design, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, UK-compliant policies and contracts, professional development, internal communications, and international employee support. The role partners closely with leadership, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Communications while maintaining company culture and delivering a cohesive employee experience.

Software Engineering Intern supporting hands-on development of real-world software for AI-enabled autonomous systems. The role involves collaborating with experienced engineers, contributing to mission-critical projects, and potentially deploying technology in challenging environments. Candidates should be entering their final undergraduate year in a technical subject, have strong software engineering skills, and programming experience in a server-side language such as Python, C++, Java, or Rust. UK right-to-work and security vetting are required.
