Leads European defense business development for autonomous sensing and edge-AI payloads used in military uncrewed aerial systems. Responsibilities include entering European markets, building relationships with Ministries of Defence and aerospace OEMs, sourcing and closing major opportunities, leading capture strategies and proposals, coordinating demonstrations and flight trials, and providing market intelligence to product teams. The role requires deep European defense, UAS, procurement, and technical expertise, frequent travel, and an EU/NATO Secret or equivalent clearance.
