Advises large public-sector customers on Arista networking solutions, drives product expansion and revenue influence, and promotes Day 2 adoption. Provides technical assistance, proof-of-concept support, automation and optimization guidance, workshops, documentation, QBR participation, and proactive escalation coordination. The role connects customer infrastructure health with business outcomes, including improved automation, deployment speed, technology adoption, ROI, and TCO. It requires extensive customer-facing technical experience, advanced networking and automation expertise, consultative business acumen, and active UK Developed Vetting clearance.

Provide pre-sales technical support to UK public sector customers, partnering with account managers to identify needs and design data center, routing, campus, and security solutions. Lead architectural sessions, product presentations, proofs of concept, deployments, RFP/RFQ responses, feature requests, and customer feedback. Represent the company at events and author technical content while maintaining expertise in networking technologies and competitor solutions.
